WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRE ORDERS, READY TO SHIP, AND CUSTOM-MADE WIGS? 

Ready to ship wigs: These units have already been customized and styled. These wigs can be either be factory made or customed made by me, be sure to read the descriptions carefully. 

Pre Order wigs: These wigs are ready to ship wigs that can we duplicate in a timely fashion.  These wigs can be either be factory made or customed made by me, be sure to read the descriptions carefully. 

Custom-Made wigs: CREATE YOUR OWN WIG is a service that allows you to create the unit that best fits you. These wigs are hand made using a sewing machine. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY WIG?

Ready to ship wigs: are ready to ship 1-2 business days after purchase.  Pre Order wigs: have a processing time of 13-16 days after order is placed. Custom made wigs: have a processing time of 16-19 days after order is placed. Allow 4-7 business days for shipping. 

CAN I RETURN/CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products and to uphold proper sanitation regulations, AshSlayyy will not accept any returns after items have been shipped. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. 

WHAT COMES WITH MY WIG?

Every wig comes with Hd lace, bleached knots, hairline plucked, styled, and combs & bands added.
